WHAT DO WE DO?

We are a locally based voluntary organisation that primarily assists adults who are  experiencing exclusion because of challenging circumstances. We help them to  achieve their potential by encouraging them to become involved in projects that meet the needs of disadvantaged members of the local community; by developing their independent living skills; by improving their health and fitness; by providing training and personal development opportunities and by giving them the chance to experience new social, leisure and cultural activities .

By encouraging our service users to meet the needs of others through community projects we help them to address the needs in themselves thereby fulfilling the ethos of Six Circle :

' In meeting the needs of others we meet the needs in ourselves.'
